Nike Zoom Fly 6 Review: Zooming or Stuck in Neutral?
The Zoom Fly 6 can best be described as the supertrainer counterpart to Nike’s top-tier racing shoes, the Vaporfly and the Alphafly.
Zip and dash through your runs with the Nike Zoom Fly 6.
This shoe is full of speed and explosiveness. One of the best Nike running shoes, it uses the incredibly responsive and light ZoomX foam combined with a carbon plate to give you plenty of propulsion throughout your runs.

Ok, full confession- I’ve been an avid runner for 40+ years, been a shoe geek for longer and have run in nearly every brand of higher end mainstream running shoes. I even worked in a running shoe retail store in the mid/late 1980s. The last Nike shoe I loved was the original Huarache, circa 1991-1993 (ish). Since then, I have actually publicly denounced all Nike running shoes, until now. I am running in my 3rd pair of Zoom Fly 6s and can’t say enough good things about them. A near perfect shoe for a neutral runner who desires great cushion and good speed from their daily trainer. Please, Nike, keep making them.
I've been wearing these all year. I have bought several pairs and have gone over 3000 miles in them this year. Great bang for your buck for a carbon plated shoe.
I like much
Really, a fantastic shoe! Full disclosure, I have disliked Nikes for years yet this is my 2nd pair of Zoom Fly gen 6. Love them!
