The men's Nike Terra Kiger 8 is a no-frills trail running shoe built with only what you need to feel confident and nimble off road.

Nike used its lightweight and durable React foam in the Terra Kiger 8 for a smooth and springy ride. A responsive Zoom Air unit in the forefoot gives you excellent ground feel and returns your energy with each step to propel you down the trail.

The upper is made with breathable mesh that is fully lined to keep dust and dirt from sneaking in, so you won’t have to take your shoes off to shake out debris in the middle of your run. A secure heel counter keeps your foot locked in while moving with the shoe to give you more agility as you float over rocky terrain.

When you’re covering long distances, a padded tongue relieves pressure caused by foot swelling, and a rock plate protects your feet from roots and rocks.

As the elevation and conditions change, a high-abrasion rubber outsole with multi-directional lugs grip the trail for fast climbs and controlled descents.
