Designers updated the Vongo v5 with a segmented outsole to provide dialed-in stability exactly where you need it.
The Vongo v5 uses a unique Hypoknit mesh upper for a smooth, socklike feel that is equally huggy and airy. This keeps the shoe feeling ventilated without compromising on support throughout the midfoot. A rounded toe box accommodates natural toe-splay as you run, adding to the stabilized feel of the shoe.

A segmented outsole allows more flexibility while strategically placing stability elements exactly where you need them. Finally, an updated knit mesh upper is lighter and more breathable than before for an easy, breezy feel on the run.

Great Store
I love the staff and service at the Georgetown location of Fleet Feet, known as the Georgetown Running Company. They also outfit the high school team I coach with discounted trainers and spikes every season.
Spring in my Step
Plenty of room in the forward cabin, the laces and toe box do not interfere with my bunion, so these sneakers are extremely comfortable. Plenty of stretch! The mens size is wide, consequently, it has become my only option. Foot bed is amply cushioned for 4-5 mile walks.

After being told by podiatrist I had flat feet these shoes have allowed me to continue to run with out injury and pain.
Excellent shoes
These shoes have helped me get over my PF. I've been fighting PF for a year, and while beating PF requires a number of things, these shoes are very important. They will probably be my go to shoes when I have to replace my current pair.

I have recently purchased a pair of New Balance Fresh Foam Vongo's v5, and have only worn them for a few days, they are very comfortable, have plenty of cushion on the bottom of my feet.
