My feet are wide, I wear orthotics, so it is a challenge to find shoes I pretty much only wear tennies. The newer style New Balance have a lightweight fabric over the top part of the foot, instead of the old, sturdier net style covering. My big toe & pinky toes rip right thru the new shoes. I prefer the older, heavier mesh for a sturdier shoe. Am disappointed & not looking forward to buying shoes with the flimsy covering. Would like the old style back. Staff were nice.
I am 64 years old following knee replacement. I went in unsure even of my shoe size, and needing lots of shoe support. Your customer service guy not only sized me accurately with your technology, but patiently helped me to choose a shoe from several available options (unfortunately some attractive options were unavailable). Excellent communication and sincere caring.
