The Mizuno Wave Rider 23 is as dependable and smooth as ever.
Mizuno gave the shoe a simple, sleek upper for a clean look, and it has an accommodating fit that’s ready for as many miles as you are. Underneath, designers kept the same combination of U4ic and U4icX for a firm and responsive ride.

Very comfortable shoe
I love these shoes! I needed a trail running shoe, but can also work on the pavement and these are great! They are very comfortable, I don’t have any knee pain. Really a great shoe.
Just like the wave rider 12-14. Exactly, what I wanted. One of my favorite shoes.
A great trainer or long distance racer, the Wave Rider 23 is a comfortable fit breathable and durable.
Purchased the Mizuno Wave Rider 23 in size 10 for my husband. He has not worn this brand before and at first glance thought the 10 might be too tight and he’d need to go up half a size. His feet are narrow so finding a shoe that’s long enough without being too loose throughout is tough. However, these fit like a glove! He has worn them on a few long runs now and hasn’t had any blisters. These shoes are lighter and more flexible than his pair from New Balance, and offer a bit of bounce. Would definitely purchase again.
