Karhu achieved the soft feel by using its AeroFoam Nova midsole. The premium cushioning eases your landings and rolls you through a smooth transition that keeps you moving forward.
Designers updated the internal Fulcrum unit to make the new Synchron more flexible than before, but it still provides a stable ride.
Karhu topped the Synchron with a new mesh upper, too. The adjusted upper fits a wider variety of foot shapes and flexes easily for a more natural feel.

Shoes are comfortable and very functional. Laces come undone sometimes.
Karhu Synchron 2021
This is my second pair of these shoes. The first was the same model, only 2020. They are great, and I am very happy with these shoes. Excellent padding, great for walking on streets, sidewalks, and the beach. The fit is very good, and that's because of the precision work done by the 3-D fitting at Fleet Feet.
KARHU Synchron Ortix 2021
This is my fourth pair of KARHU Synchron Ortix, very comfortable and would give them a five except that the bottoms tend to wear fast, otherwise they are a great shoe
