The Karhu Synchron 2020 is the most luxurious yet.

Cushioned by an AeroFoam Nova midsole, the Synchron delivers a plusher ride than traditional EVA foam compounds. Designers paired the AeroFoam with Karhu’s signature Fulcrum technology, which provides smooth transition and helps runners keep their momentum moving forward.

Karhu built the Synchron 2020 with the help of more than 100,000 3D foot scans taken through Fleet Feet’s fit id outfitting process. The scans help ensure the best possible fit, so you can run in comfort.
