HOKA Solimar
Features
The HOKA Solimar is the shoe that will keep up with your active lifestyle.
Ready for any type of movement, the HOKA Solimar can be worn running, walking the dog, going to the gym, or just around town—HOKA engineered this streamlined trainer with a lower stack height to handle it all. The Solimar features smooth transitions thanks to HOKA’s signature late-stage meta-rocker, so you will cruise through your run.
A balanced midsole and extended crash pad offer a smooth ride, while the anatomical Achilles heel construction delivers maximum comfort and support. Extra rubber on high-wear areas of the outsole add extra durability and give the shoe the ability to stand up to intense training cycles. The Solimar is finished with an extended heel pull for easy on and off.
The HOKA Solimar is a lower stack, lightweight performance shoe that can go wherever you go.

Walking shoes
This is my second pair of HOKA Solimar. I was happy to see that they still made them. I use them to walk around in and are by far one of the most comfortable shoes I own.
Comfortable, Minimal Tread Which Aids When Exercising.
Good fit, well made, a quality product. I have bought three pairs of Hoka within the last, two years. I favor, low tread designs without a lot of thickness in the sole. That works especially well for me at the gym, doing such things as treadmill machines. I also like this brand for "eye appeal" as they have "take a second look" designs but in most cases avoid the excessive, over the top, type look seen in so many running/exercise shoes.
Great walking shoes
I have tried all of HOKA’s Neutral shoes. The Solimar are closer to Mach 6 as they are narrower than Bondi or Clifton which have more room and more cushion which are great for running and pickleball. The Solimar is a great looking shoe so is also good for casual wear as well as light walking.
Other Hoka’s don’t seem to work for me, these are perfect.
I needed a new pair and tried a different stule, the fit wasn’t great so I went back to these. They are exactly what I need. They last me about 2-3 years of every day wear.
Solimar style
I have been a long term HOKA customer who has usually purchased the Bondi-8 style. I purchased the Solimar style recently and am loving them as well. You just can't go wrong with HOKA's.
