Don’t sacrifice cushion for speed—the HOKA Clifton 6 gives you both.
HOKA ONE ONE’s Clifton line vaulted the brand into the national spotlight. With its maximalist foam midsole and minimal curb weight, the Clifton 6 maintains the family legacy.
The new Clifton 6 uses a classic stack of HOKA’s soft and light foam to cushion your steps, and it’s carved into an early stage Meta-Rocker to roll your momentum forward with each step. The big midsole makes for a smooth ride and quick transition.
To keep weight down, HOKA used abrasion-resistant rubber only in high-wear areas on the outsole, so you get grip and durability without extra ounces. Plus, designers embroidered the shoe’s midfoot support instead of using overlays. That decision gives you the lockdown fit you want without the added weight you don’t.
Whether you’re cruising your Sunday long run or picking up the pace, the HOKA ONE ONE Clifton 6 can keep up.

I really enjoy the Clifton 6.
The cushion is there when you need it. Definitely enough bounce if you want to pick up the pace. My go-to shoe for easy days and even for just walking around. Hoka in general tends to run a little narrow and big (if that makes sense). I'm normally a 12.5 normal width. In these Cliftons, I'm a 12 wide and it fits magically.
Fleet Feet has super fast service. Shoes were to me regular shipping with in 3 days.
I enjoyed the speed and quality of this process!
After reviewing articles about comfortable daily trainers for over a week to solve my lower leg muscle fatigue/tears that were happening too frequently, I tried on every shoe in Fleet Feet available and was amazed at the soft cushion and rocker tech of the Hoka Clifton 6. Recommended by the store as good for half marathons, it has done great on my daily 5 miles, and I'm passing along the recommendation to all I speak to. I realize my lower leg issues result from other conditions (whether my stride, a touch of arthritis, or just hitting it too hard), but am confident that for my neutral step and higher arch, these pillows are the best I can do for my foot comfort.
