HOKA Mach 7 Review: Mach be nimble, Mach be quick!
At its roots, the HOKA Mach 7 is still the lightweight, springy trainer that runners have come to know and love from the Mach franchise.
Move quick and stay nimble with the HOKA Mach 7.
This lightweight trainer brings supercritical EVA foam that feels stable yet peppy, creating a ride that adapts to whatever your training day demands. The Mach 7 gives you responsive cushioning without carbon plates or maximum stack heights—sometimes the best tool is the one that simply gets out of your way and lets you fly.

I loved the Mach 6. The Mach 7 has an even better, more comfortable fit. It has a slightly firmer ride, which I likeโthis is an excellent shoe for training, shorter runs, and can handle trails if they're not too rocky or steep. The outsole has added rubber for more grip in wet conditions and the upper is more breathable and flexible.
