Ugly but effective!

Top bulky when you lace up sneaker the material bunches together. I’m a size 13 looks to much like an orthopedic shoe but a very comfortable sneaker. Sneaker is broke in by now and is holding up very well

Tight Upper/Poor Quality

Tim B 7 months ago Verified Purchase

Hiking Palo Duro Canyon in Nov 2023 and bought these to handle the rigors of the trail (rather than trail running shoes) for a 3-day 30 mile hike. Two issues. First the upper has a hard surface that restricts/irritates the metatarsal bones in your foot particularly if those bones protrude slightly leading to foot pain on Day 2. Second the tread came loose and fell off one of the shoes on Day 2 after a total of about 25 miles out of the box. Switched to Speed Goat trail shoes on Day 3 and had no issues whatsoever.

Exceeds expectations

These shoes have great support on rocky and uneven footing. They are more comfortable than my Hoka One One Cliftons. I walk my dog about a mile every morning in wet grass mostly on a golf course and so far even in very heavy dew or soggy wet rain never once have I come home with wet socks! Mission accomplished! I highly recommend these shoes and the speed of order fulfillment was unbelievably good.
