Diadora’s Blushield technology combines two attributes to create a balanced step: a Morpho base and active cones. The ergonomic Morpho base is carved to mimic the foots natural shape to deliver a smooth transition, and the active cones absorb impact and return it for a responsive ride.

A two-tone engineered air mesh nylon upper provides a secure fit, and iridescent 3M detailing stands out in a crowd. The lightweight EVA foam midsole makes for a comfortable ride from the first step to the last.

Diadora blusheild mythos hip 5

Super Cushy. I am 46 and the body is starting to feel the miles so I run in higher cushion shoes normally. My go to has been Nike Vomero 14. I recently started running and walking in the Diadoras. They are PERFECT for walking and pretty darn good for running. The higher cushion does result in just a tiny bit of movement that can generate a bit of a warm spot here and there. However, I have yet to get a blister from running 8-17 miles in them on each run over the last 30 days or so. No break in needed. Really comfortable and I find them dramatically easier on the joints than the Vomeros. But I feel faster in the Vomeros.
