Diadora Nucleo
The Diadora Nucleo is a fantastic option for a variety of runs. Soft enough for longer efforts but I find it responsive enough for fartleks and tempos too; just keep on the road. They do run 1/2 size small; so order 1/2 size up on your normal size. I'm traditionally an 11; therefore 11.5 was perfect.

Salesperson was awesome! They offered to order a different color and were delivered to my house. Shoes are comfortable. I had not heard of the brand before but they seem good quality.
Not bad!
They are good for training on roads and trails! Not for speed work though.
