It has supportive cushioning every step of the way—the BioMoGo DNA cushioning adapts to your speed, stride and weight to help deflect impact away from your body. To give you super-smooth heel-toe transitions, a segmented crash pad cushions your landing and propels you forward.

The upper of the Trace 2 gives you a better fit than ever. Brooks uses a new, engineered air-mesh upper for better breathability, which is perfect for running on the treadmill or elliptical in a hot gym. The 3D Fit Print gives more structure to the shoe and a nice lockdown if you decide that your shoe needs to pull double duty at group fitness classes as well as runs. Plus, Brooks added hints of reflectivity to help keep you visible if you workout before the sun is up.
