This max-cushioned trainer features all-new, nitrogen-infused DNA Tuned cushioning, engineered with innovative dual-size cell technology which allows Brooks’ designers to create different zones of cushioning. Plus, Brooks’ GuideRails® technology supports your body in its natural motion path while keeping excess motion in check.
Details:
- Upper: A new engineered double jacquard mesh upper provides a premium, adaptable fit with a plush heel collar and stretchy heel tab for easy on/off. The sock-like construction wraps your foot in comfort while keeping it secure.
- Midsole: DNA Tuned cushioning uses larger cells in the heel for soft landings and smaller cells in the forefoot for responsive toe-offs. Brooks’ GuideRail® holistic support system supports your body in its natural motion path while keeping excess movement in check, similar to bumpers on a bowling alley.
- Outsole: Durable rubber provides reliable traction and long-lasting wear.

The new midsole technology allows for targeted cushioning zones, creating a more balanced ride. Perfect Shoe for Me
As an older runner the Glycerin has proven to be the best combination of style and cushioning for me. Been running for about 47 years and find I need a shoe that absorbs the pounding of the outdoor running I most enjoy. Fleet Feet has provided the best and fastest service around. Keep up the great work!

My Feet are soooo happy!
I do a LOT of walking on my job. Much of it on concrete surfaces. I am so happy with how good my feet feel in them and after all of that walking. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is the Squeaks! Two versions of these ago there was no squeaking at all and I LOVED that. I am in and out of hospital rooms and the last thing I want to do is loudly squeak while pivoting. And it happens a LOT in these shoes.

Excellent choice for running and walking
These are great shoes - comfortable, supportive and good fit. I have worn Adrenlines for many years but recently switched to Glycerin. Really like them and have bought three pairs!

Great running shoe!
I’ve been buying the Brooks glycerin running shoes for sometime, and this latest iteration for model 22 is the best! It has a much better energy return and the bottom does not wear out like it did on previous versions.
