The updated Ghost 14 features full-length DNA Loft midsole foam for the most cushioned feel yet. DNA Loft foam is super soft and springy for a light, responsive ride as you run. The new midsole foam works with a Segmented Crash Pad for rolling transitions from heel to toe.
Brooks designers also tuned the Ghost 14 upper for a more snug, supportive feel up top. Brooks 3D Fit Print creates a flexible structure that contours to your foot’s natural movement as you run. This helps the engineered knit mesh hug your foot where you need it, and prevents chafing and uncomfortable rubbing.

Brooks Ghost 14
I started using this shoe five years ago while running on my treadmill. Since then my feet have become tender and at times hard to walk on. I started to use these sneakers as everyday walking shoes and have not had a foot problem since.
Great Ghost Reliability
I’ve used a variety of shoes over the years but the Ghost has always been a staple. The Ghost 14 is one of the best. It has great cushion but still maintains a spring that other highly cushioned shoes seem to lose. Great for both short and long distance .. it’s the best.
Brooks ghost 14
Amazing overall shoe feels comfortable and roomy for my feet in my normal size 11. The ride is very smooth. The drawbacks are the 12 mm drop the outsole wearing too fast in the forefoot area. Also the upper feels amazing
Love/Hate
I LOVE the Brooks Ghost 14 shoe. I've been a huge fan of this shoe since the Ghost 11 (not so much Ghost 13, tbh). Overall, it's a very comfortable shoe, great cushioned sole and a nicely styled design. I'm not a runner and so I'm not going to try to get technical. On the other hand, I HATE that Brooks has such a limited selection of shoe colors for me (I'm size 12 2E). I'm only allowed to choose between black, gray, and black/blue. BORING! Please expand your color options for those of us with a bigger footprint. Please? Thank you.
