Buying my Brooks Beast 20

I had previously purchased my Brooks Beast 16 five years from the Longmeadow store and had a great experience then, so I went back to get a new pair. Covid 19 precautions were in place and I could have not have felt safer. The staff was, as expected, was personable, through, and took my measurements with there technology, and educated me about the upgrade to the Brooks Beast 20. The young person assisting me was excellent and stayed with me throughout the process since they had to be ordered online and sent to my home. They arrived earlier than expected and fit great. I have some problems with my feet due to multiple back operations and truly appreciated the care and time spent to ensure I would have a proper fit. I tried them on when they arrived and couldn't have been happier. This is the only place to go for sneakers, regardless if for sport or day to day walking. Thank you for your customer service, which is lacking in many retail outlets, but not forgotten in this store.

Brooks Beast Great Shoe, Fleet Feet best place to buy

I've been getting and then slowly wearing out Brooks Beasts for about 20 years, and they keep me moving every day. as I aged from running to jogging to walks. I've looked at alternatives, trying other shoes as backup, but so far I've always come back to the Beast under the expert , detailed guidance of the Fleet Feet team.
