Great experience, great running shoe!
I first went to their Encino, CA. store and had a great experience. The sales person did an exact measurement of my feet and emailed me the size and digital images of my feet. That then made it easy to pick out the exact size I needed without having to dry on different sizes. Unfortunately, they did not have my size in of the model I wanted. That turned out to be a blessing because the salesman showed my their website were I can order the exact size and model I wanted. The blessing was it was on sale! The shoe was delivered to my home in 2 days. And I was told if it did not fit (which it did.) I could return it back to the store. Shipping was free! Love the running shoe. It is worth spending the money.

Nice Wide Exercise Shoe
I like the Width of the 4E. It is nice and wide. Not many color schemes available in a Size 12 Extra Wide.
