The Novablast 3 now features FF BLAST™ PLUS foam that creates a more energizing rebound coupled with a trampoline-inspired outsole design. ASICS also added more cushioning, while making the shoe significantly lighter with its new midsole compound. Reviewers loved the light, bouncy ride in our ASICS Novablast 3 review.
A heel stabilizer supports the foot to give you a more balanced stride, while the gusseted tongue wing fit system improves the midfoot fit and reduces any tongue sliding. Inspired by geometric origami, the upper not only looks fast, but the new engineered monofilament mesh keeps the foot cool and comfortable as your run heats up.

ASICS Novablast 3 is even more comfortable and lighter thanks to its brand new upper. A new engineered monofilament mesh upper adds breathability to keep your feet cool. The new gusseted tongue and more supportive heel design give you a better fit than previous versions. Plus, they added FF BLAST PLUS foam (and an additional millimeter of stack height) to give you more cushion and bounce. All of these changes make it approximately 30g lighter than the ASICS Novablast 2.

At least 75% of the shoe’s main upper material is made with recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions.
