The Novablast 3 now features FF BLAST™ PLUS foam that creates a more energizing rebound coupled with a trampoline-inspired outsole design. A heel stabilizer supports the foot to give you a more balanced stride, while the gusseted tongue wing fit system improves the midfoot fit and reduces any tongue sliding. Inspired by geometric origami, the upper not only looks fast, but the new engineered monofilament mesh keeps the foot cool and comfortable as your run heats up.

ASICS Novablast 3 is even more comfortable and lighter thanks to its brand new upper. A new engineered monofilament mesh upper adds breathability to keep your feet cool. The new gusseted tongue and more supportive heel design give you a better fit than previous versions. Plus, they added FF BLAST PLUS foam (and an additional millimeter of stack height) to give you more cushion and bounce. All of these changes make it approximately 30g lighter than the ASICS Novablast 2.
This is a great daily trainer for beginners and more experienced runners alike. It is comfortable and bouncy whether you are walking the dog or running a marathon.

At least 75% of the shoe’s main upper material is made with recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions. The sockliner is produced with the solution dying process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and the carbon emission by approximately 45% compared to conventional dyeing technology.

Novablast 3
I got my boyfriend these as a Christmas gift. He loves the bouncy. Also he does all most all his long running in the shoe now. Because it is so comfortable.
Asics Novablst 3 don't believe the hype
the shoe build quality is outstanding. i believe it is over hyped when it comes to run quality. I also have the Saucony Triumph 20 and although slightly heavier it gives me a better energy return over the Novablast3. As for the fit, it also runs long so order a half size smaller. I am going to return this shoe because even though i tightened the laces as much as possible, i still felt it sliding as i ran. This is very disappointing as i was going to run in the at the Las Vegas Rock and Roll Marathon. instead, i will take my Triumph 20s
Awesome for dry roads
These shoes are amazing. Great for long runs on dry roads. They do not have great traction, but they are road shoes he certainly the 4 not 5 star rating. They look better in real life than they do online. If you're looking for a great fitting, light, comfortable shoe- this is the one!

This shoe really can do it all, I love it for my marathon prep. It fit true to size for me.
