  • Midsole: Full-length FF BLAST MAX foam provides one of ASICS' lightest, most energetic cushioning experiences. The 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM offers adaptive stability that guides your feet forward from landing through toe-off, while rearfoot PureGEL technology under the heel delivers shock absorption and soft landings.
  • Outsole: A bouncy, trampoline-inspired forefoot pod strategically placed in the outsole gives you an amplified toe-off with added stability, helping you maintain momentum through your stride.
