The Flytefoam® cushioning ASICS uses is made from organically derived materials. This lightweight foam puts a spring in your step, which ASICS combines with their signature Gel cushion that provides excellent shock absorption for a great underfoot experience. They also added more Flytefoam in the forefoot to create a more energetic rebound at toe-off, which makes for a smoother ride.

The GEL-KAYANO LITE 3 is engineered to reduce the effects of overpronation and has ASICS Guidance Line® technology to improve gait efficiency. Plus, the jacquard engineered mesh upper is made with more recycled materials than ever before and feels amazingly comfortable and breathable on your feet.

ASICS updated the GEL-KAYANO LITE 3 by adding more of their Flytefoam cushioning to the forefoot of the shoe and decreasing heel-to-toe drop to 8mm, which allows for a smoother ride. Designers also used more recycled materials throughout the shoe to reduce the weight and improve the comfort even more.
