The fit is fantastic. The brand I had before (Brooks Glycerin) weere OK, but the soles wore out very quickly (especially the right foot). These I purchased are terrific. I want to say that the man who helped me was patient, kind, heard what I had to say about the Brooks (purchased at your store), and helped me to find these. He deserves 5 stars, too. Sorry, I can't remember his name, but he was great!

An update on a great shoe
Over the past couple of years, the Gel Kayano has gone through several updates. There is a much more cushioned feel to the shoe now, but the same great fit. The latest version has added some nice additional features like a loop on the back to help put the shoe on. Another winner! My typical run is 5-15 miles, and these shoes remain comfortable even at long distances.

Best shoes I have run in for wide feet
Great for flat feet and over-pronation. Toe box that is wide enough (wide size), but still snug and comfortable. Noticeable bounce from the soles, though the shoes do squeak inside.
