Lots of toe room
In the store, I measure for a size 11 shoe, but I usually get size 11.5 because the 11s are too tight around my toes. The Altras have a wider toe box, so a size 11 fits fine. I was buying Brooks, but, if these last, I may be switching brands.

I should have ordered a wider size but my neuropathy is half what it was before these. And I no longer get awakened in the night my the sensation of lightening in my feet or calves.
