Just the Right Amount
I love the Adidas Supernova Solution 2 for having a little bit of pop and responsiveness in a daily trainer that has a little bit of guidance. As a masters age runner I have a fair amount of Achilles and soleus fatigue during longer mileage weeks. Running with a little support a couple times a week has really helped. With these being lower stack and responsive I can use them for strides, tempo work and feel plenty of pop. For longer intervals or top end speed I'd choose something lighter, but the Dreamstrike+ foam can get it done most of the time.
