Multi-purpose choice
This is my second pair of the EVO SL, and I remain impressed with the versatility of the shoe. Best price in the category of unplated trainers. Lightweight, cushioned (but not squishy), stable on the run, nice energy return.

Bought for our Grandson, a High School Cross Country runner. He loves them. Lightest shoes ever. Disappointed that the Fleet Feet store in Greenville, SC does not carry Adidas shoes

Great Overall Shoe!
The Adidas Adizero Evo SL is one of the best all around shoes I have ever purchased. They are great for everyday run sessions or simply walking around. I already want to order another pair!

Unstable for heel strikers
I wanted something light and fast that I could also do some slower runs in and all the reviews pointed to this shoe. But it’s a terrible shoe for heel striking. Really unstable at the heel. When I would do anything but run in a perfectly straight line it felt like I was going to roll an ankle and the material attacked to the foam was picking at the pavement making a crunching noice with every step. I damaged the side foam of both shoes in less than 3 miles. Do not buy this shoe if you are a heel striker. Do better research than I did.

Great shoes!
Incredible road feel. It can be both soft on long runs and responsive on fast runs. The tongue is a bit uncomfortable. My old knees and hips don't hurt after 13+ mile runs.????

Great all around trainer!
Can handle anything from easy runs to track workouts, but definely wants to pick up the pace. Currently loving this for my easy runs and workouts. Right up there with the Mach 6 but a bit more aggressive. If you're looking for a big cushy trainer for long super easy miles or recovery runs, there are better options out there. Fit TTS for me. I'm a midfoot striker. Not sure how this would work for a heel striker. This is NOT a stability shoe.
