saved me from button of the lake
Love these spikes. They are small enough you can run with them without feeling them but at the same time unlike the coil type they don't make ice ok but cement slippery. They stick to everything. Only down side is the come in pairs. My foot went through the ice on a frozen lake and thankfully my other foot had traction so I only got one wet foot and one lost foot spike instead of a cold bath.
