What is Fleet Feet Milestones?
Fleet Feet Milestones is our free loyalty program. You’ll earn points for every dollar you spend, and the more you spend, the more you’ll earn! The program includes annual birthday offers, membership status to unlock, sweepstakes opportunities and more!
How does membership status work?
There are two membership status groups within Fleet Feet Milestones.
- Pacesetters spend up to $399 in a calendar year and earn 1 point for every pre-tax dollar spent. 250 points convert to a $15 reward.
- Frontrunners spend $400 or more in a calendar year and earn 1.25 points for every pre-tax dollar spent. 250 points convert to a $15 reward.
What else do I get with Frontrunner status?
Once you spend $400 pre-tax or more, you’ll enjoy Frontrunner status for the remainder of the calendar year and the next calendar year. You’ll earn points even faster, plus a $15 birthday offer, and exclusive and early access opportunities.
What if I’ve already spent $400 with Fleet Feet before the Fleet Feet Milestones rollout?
Customers who spent $400 or more in 2023, or spent $400 or more this year (2024), are automatically enrolled with Frontrunner status! If you did not spend $400 or more in 2023 or so far in 2024, you'll be enrolled at Pacesetter status until you reach $400. You can track your progress and status within the Fleet Feet app or your fleetfeet.com profile.
How do I get a birthday offer?
All members who provide their birthday after enrolling in Fleet Feet Milestones get one birthday offer per year; a $10 offer for Pacesetters and a $15 offer for Frontrunners. Birthday offers will be issued on the first day of your birthday month, and are valid for 31 days. Look out for emails with instructions to enter your birthday information, or create a fleetfeet.com profile or download the Fleet Feet app to update your birthday information within your profile.
How do points and rewards work?
Every $1 you spend (pre-tax, does not include shipping costs) = 1 point for Pacesetters, and 1.25 points for Frontrunners. Once you reach 250 points, your points convert to a $15 reward to use in-store, online or in the Fleet Feet app! Rewards will appear in your account the day after purchase. You will also receive an email (sent to the same email address you enrolled with) when you’ve earned a reward, as well as reminders to redeem your reward.
If you do not see your $15 reward available to apply to your online purchase, make sure you have logged into fleetfeet.com with the same email address you enrolled with.
I’m a member of the former Fleet Feet Rewards program. Do I need to sign up for Fleet Feet Milestones?
No! Your existing rewards, points and account information will all be available under the new program, plus 100 bonus points to bring you just as close to your next reward as you were before the change. Just add your birthday information to receive an annual birthday offer! You can do this within your fleetfeet.com or Fleet Feet app profile.
Will my points or rewards expire?
Rewards will expire six months (180 days) from issue date. Points will expire 12 months (365 days) from issue date.
What happens to my existing points?
Your existing points carry over and are good for one year from the start of the new program. This includes the 100 bonus points we gifted to members of the former rewards program.
What will happen to my existing rewards?
Your rewards stay! Rewards still have a six month redemption window under the new program, so all the rewards you currently have will still be valid six months from issuance date.
How do I redeem my reward?
To redeem in-store: Ask your sales associate to apply your $15 reward at checkout. To redeem online: Download the app or create a fleetfeet.com profile using the same email address you enrolled with. Once you log into your profile, your reward will be available to apply at checkout.
How do I track rewards, points and member status?
Your fleetfeet.com or Fleet Feet app account will both be great options for keeping track of your reward and point balances, and member status. We'll also keep you updated via email.
How do I opt in for rewards emails?
When you enroll in Fleet Feet Milestones, you're automatically enrolled in reward emails. You can opt out by emailing rewards@fleetfeet.com. You can also unsubscribe via the preference center included in the footer of all Fleet Feet emails.
What happens to my points and rewards if I return an item, or if my order is canceled?
If you make a return or an order is canceled: Points accrued as a result of the returned or canceled purchase will be subtracted from your account. Any Rewards earned as a result of the purchase you return or order that is canceled will also be removed from your account.
What happens if I earn Frontrunner status and then make a return or my order is canceled and that puts me back below a $400 spend for the year?
If a return is made or an order is canceled and this results in less than $400 annual spend, member status will automatically revert back to Pacesetter status. However, Frontrunner status will be restored as soon as you hit $400 in the calendar year once more.
What if I’m on a shared rewards account with multiple family members?
We understand some members prefer to use one rewards account for multiple family members. This is an option, but does result in some limitations. For instance, we cannot issue more than one birthday offer per reward profile. If you want to ensure that each individual receives their own birthday offer, we recommend creating a separate account per individual reward member.
Will I need a member card to earn points and rewards?
No! Just provide your email at checkout in-store or login to your fleetfeet.com profile or the Fleet Feet app, and points will populate in your fleetfeet.com profile and in the app the next day. Don’t forget to provide the same email address you enrolled with in-store, or when you log in on fleetfeet.com, so you don’t miss any points!
How do I change my Fleet Feet Milestones email address?
One of our in-store associates can assist you, or you can contact rewards@fleetfeet.com.
How do I delete my Fleet Feet Milestones account?
Please reach out to rewards@fleetfeet.com, and request that we delete your rewards account. Please note that you can uninstall the Fleet Feet app, and you will still be in our rewards program, and you are still able to earn points for your purchases.
Can I use multiple rewards at a time?
Yes, you can use multiple rewards when making a purchase in-store at your local Fleet Feet, on fleetfeet.com or within the Fleet Feet app. There is a five reward limit that can be added at fleetfeet.com checkout.
What can I earn points on?
You can earn points from the subtotal of most purchases in-store, and on Fleetfeet.com. Unfortunately you cannot earn points on e-gift card/gift card purchases, and when paying for an event/training group(s).
