With Fleet Feet’s Marathon Training Program Powered by On, you’ll find a holistic, flexible training plan with three different experience levels to help you find the right amount of challenge for your current fitness.

Marathon training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our virtual plan, you’ll get the guidance you need to stay on track, along with fun, helpful videos from our coaches and plenty of support along the way. You and your fellow runners will train, struggle, learn and improve together, even when you’re training on your own.

  • 16 weeks of daily training delivered on the Final Surge Platform, timed for an early November marathon
  • Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
  • 2X weekly strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
  • Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
  • Tips from marathon champions and pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
  • Zoom workshops, giveaways and virtual support from On pro athletes, ambassadors and coaches
  • Access to the Final Surge platform to monitor your progress.
