To return a purchase made in-store, please visit any JackRabbit / Fleet Feet store location. Unfortunately, in-store returns cannot be returned online.

To start your JackRabbit.com return, please fill out the form below. Please fill out one form entry for each individual item you'd like to return.

MAILING YOUR JACKRABBIT.COM ORDER RETURN

Once the below form has been submitted for an online order return, you will receive an email with your return authorization number and further instructions on how to package and mail your return.

• Please fill out the form completely. Any omitted information may delay your return.
• Please read and follow the instructions contained in the Return Authorization email received. Any deviations may delay your return.
• Once submitted, we will email you a return shipping label within one business day.
• Include your original packing list in your return, if possible. All returns require order number, customer name, or email address.
• Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of the return being received at our processing center, at which point your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• In-store purchases cannot be returned online.
