James Bryant

“I wasted a lot of my life doing unhealthy and negative things. But coming back to running after 25 years has helped me cope with a lot of my issues in a positive form. My father was a local runner and when I was in grade school, I would attend his races and watch in awe as he finished various distances. As I grew older, I found myself trying different sports. Distance running was a sport that I became good at, and I helped our track team win a conference championship. Running is important to me because it is the one sport that anyone can participate in. At one point, I was a novice runner, but now I use my knowledge, skill and experience to help my fellow runners.” - HOKA fan James Bryant from Fleet Feet Fayetteville, NC #humansofHOKA
