Dylan Hedderman

“Running has always been an important part of my life. It became an even more important part of my life when I started coaching high school track and field. I have battled with depression and anxiety for a long time. Running has given me an outlet to direct my negative feelings toward something positive for myself. The sense of purpose that training has given me, as well as coaching high school runners to reach their goals, is why running is so important to me. I have been running in HOKA ONE ONE since the Clifton 3, and now I only run in HOKA.” - HOKA fan Dylan Hedderman from Fleet Feet Albany, NY #humansofHOKA
