Don’t let Sarah’s easy-going demeanor fool you; she has a fierce competitive streak that lends itself well to a role that requires wanting and helping employees become their best.

Sarah graduated from her hometown school—Syracuse University—with a degree in sports management. While attending college, Sarah experienced the thrill of a lifetime as a member of Syracuse’s NCAA Division I women’s lacrosse team. Down seven goals with 11 minutes to go in the NCAA semifinals, the team rebounded in the final minutes, sending the program to the NCAA Championship game for the first time in school history. After graduating, Sarah served as the assistant coach for the women’s lacrosse team at Brown University.

Sarah joined the human resources department at Fleet Feet in 2015 after working full-time in the Fleet Feet Carrboro and Durham locations as an outfitter. Today, she continues to serve as a vital resource for customers, employees, managers, and vendors. Sarah now lives in Carrboro, and takes advantage of the North Carolina weather to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
