Like many on the Store Support Team, retail is in Jillian’s blood. Her mom opened her own business when Jillian was 10, and Jillian’s knack for customer service and relationship management began. She pursued this passion to Miami University, majoring in human resources, then to a job in recruiting and sales, before eventually landing at Fleet Feet in 2009.

Today, as a member of the vendor management team, Jillian plays a vital role in vendor integration, helping Fleet Feet’s vendor partners plug into brand initiatives, and vice versa. She manages the vendor partner experience at the brand’s annual franchise conference, overseeing the involvement and logistics of more than 90 vendor attendees. In between her main responsibilities, Jillian takes on special projects ranging from the overhaul of the brand’s training programs to the development of a Fleet Feet Running Club apparel line, while always finding time to support her co-workers and pitch in wherever needed.

Originally from Chicago, Jillian relocated back to Chicago from North Carolina when her husband, Dan, took on a job with the Chicago Tribune. Working remotely out of her home back in her hometown, Jillian splits her free time between yoga instruction (she’s a certified instructor), playing with her happy and inquisitive son, Ryan, and eyeing her next half-marathon.
