You wouldn’t believe us if we showed you the size of our first distribution center back in 2015. Since then, our Distribution Center has experienced explosive growth in size, capabilities and operational efficiency, all while managing shipping and logistics for an increasing number of products, brands and orders.

Operating Partner Development Program

The Fleet Feet Operating Partner Development Program (OPDP) is an immersive training experience designed to develop successful, growth-oriented leaders into future Operating Partners of our company-owned retail locations. Serving as the face of the brand within their community, Operating Partners lead store operations within their market and oversee all aspects of staffing, marketing and customer acquisition.
