She dove headfirst into the nutrition world when her 6-year-old son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Through her own journey and education, she now helps others achieve amazing health, simply and naturally.

Sarah lives in East Tennessee where she’s constantly trying to get her two teenagers to eat kale and try hot yoga. She writes about nutrition, health and wellness on her blog.
