Lauryn Griggs

From running her first race at age 8 to being a two-time state qualifier in high school, Lauryn has several memories of track and field. She embraced the cross country season and one mile race to prepare for her favorite event -- the 800-meter run.

Lauryn currently studies creative and entertainment industries at Belmont University with a focus in marketing.

When she’s not studying and going on fun runs, Lauryn can be found writing poetry or reading.
