Hill Repeats with YiO Wang

Today's run with pro ultra runner YiOu Wang will improve your running strength and speed.

The workout consists of the following:

- 5-minute easy warmup

- 10 x 60-second hill repeats

- 2 minutes recovery jog back down

- 5-minute easy cool down

Feel free to go longer or shorter as needed, i.e. scale the number of hill reps and length of both the warmup and cool down.

Don't have hills? Do what you can to pick up the pace for 60 seconds and treat it as a speed session.
