Adina Crawford loves running, cycling, swimming and, most of all, yoga. She is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200, 50 hour YS) who specializes in Sculpt, Vinyasa and Restorative. You can also find her teaching classes on mindfulness, HIIT, strength and agility.

Adina is recognized as a motivator and advocate for health, fitness, and wellness in her communities. Her calling to teach yoga has been about diversity and community with the understanding that each person is unique, everyone is at a different level of growth, and yoga is for every person and type of body.

She serves as an ambassador for many organizations and brands, including Black Girls Run Washington DC, Black Girls Do Bike, TREK, Zooma, HoneyStinger, Nuun, Athleta, and Follain. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Black Girls Run Foundation.

Adina has her own health and wellness blog and is the co-host of Fit Black Queens podcast. She has been featured in several online fitness campaigns and you can read more about her in publications from The Washington Post, Runners World, Washingtonian Magazine, and REI, just to name a few.

Adina is happily married, lives in Maryland, and works full-time as a law enforcement management professional overseeing two units.
