10-Minute Run Drill for Running Mechanics and Breathing

- 2-minute easy warmup.
- 1-minute nose breathing.
- 30 seconds easy run.
- 1-minute nose breathing.
- 30-seconds easy run.
- 1-minute exaggerated arm swing.
- 30 seconds easy run.
- 1-minute exaggerated arm swing.
- 2-minute easy run putting it altogether.
