Nate is the Head of Content Marketing at Fleet Feet and lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife and dog. He's spent 15 years coaching runners, triathletes and mountain bikers from beginner to Olympic and professional level. He co-founded The Run Experience, building one of the largest running channels on YouTube sharing strength and core workouts, exercises on run form, and a whole lot of injury prevention to empower runners to take care of themselves.
