Nathan constructed the running belt with a simple step-through design that limits excess hardware and closures, and they made it lightweight and stretchy for bounce-free performance.

Four external packets give you plenty of room to carry all your stuff. A zippered front pocket securely holds your phone or keys, while two side pockets stash smaller items, like energy gels. In the back, another pocket holds a 20 oz soft flask to make carrying your water a breeze.

i really love this belt but it's a huge struggle to get the water bottle to stay in the pouch in the back. i've resorted to filling it half-way which helps but i never feel confident until it just-happens-to-be-perfect.Once that happens the water bottle is nice and secure - until you pull it out to take a sip!
